With 18 months of experience as a consultant in the Construction industry and eight years as a Primary School Teacher, Sharlene combines a unique blend of skills and perspectives. Her caring nature and passion for helping people are evident in her approach to Recruitment.

Sharlene is dedicated to consistently delivering high-quality service to her clients and candidates. She leverages her strong interpersonal skills to address and resolve any challenges that arise, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. Her keen understanding of client needs enables her to identify and attract the ideal candidates for each role.

Outside of work, Sharlene places a high value on health, fitness, and family. She enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly in sunny environments and by the water.
