We’re excited to partner with an iconic Australian brand seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional for a full-time, short-term assignment with an immediate start.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
• Processing 30-80 invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring smooth payment processes.
• Handling supplier queries and resolving disputes promptly.
• Identifying risks and contributing to regular reporting.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Accounts Payable—ideally within the FMCG industry.
• A sharp eye for detail and a proactive problem-solver.
• Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently & in a team—you thrive in both settings.
• Adaptable—you’ll be handling high-volume invoices, solving challenges, and keeping things running smoothly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
