The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team on a 3-month temporary basis, with the potential to extend. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes
• Processing and allocating payments
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Managing debtor accounts and following up outstanding payments
• Reconciling accounts and generating reports
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers regarding account queries
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience using ERP systems
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
