The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of two, we are looking for someone to support brand marketing by designing and executing programs, social media and digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate weekly with key stakeholders to manage consistency and messaging across all channels and platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Accountable for implementation and execution of various brand strategies according to budget and timelines
- Provide product relevant information and details to the relevant teams to assist a consistent messaging look and feel and tagline across and advertising and marketing channels
- Implement and monitor all communication tools across channels in close alignment with Brands marketing programs and ensuring connecting each marketing mix element and marketing materials while delivering on time best in class execution
- Implement Brand Consumer Programs – Experiential, Promotional and in store retail Marketing
- Manages brand program launches and serves as cross-functional point-person across marketing, commercial, and creative design
- Develop and maintain digital marketing strategy
- Drive a social marketing strategy for the focus categories, managing agency-supplied social moderators to ensure a consistent and engaging voice from the brand on key social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Maintain calendar of upcoming events and execute when required, including point of sale
- Manage and attend consumer and retailer trade shows
- Manage and develop loyalty programs
- Develop industry partnerships and relationships with suppliers and brand owners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships are built and maintained.
The Person
You will thrive in this role if you love retail. Focusing on the consumer to understand their needs and brand choices. Ideally you have worked with high-profile brands and have strong digital and social media execution experience. Goes without saying you are a strong communicator with a flair for design and a passion for consumer products. You are a good leader and can bring the team along with you on the journey.
