• Urgent requirement - Dandenong South location.

• Microsoft Power platform, SQL and API experience environment.
• $60k to $70k plus super – 5 weeks annual leave
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm – Onsite fulltime

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to start their career in automation and IT development. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining applications, supporting digital innovation, and assisting with IT-related queries across the organisation.

Working closely with experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, APIs, and automation scripting while contributing to process optimisation and efficiency improvements. This role is ideal for someone with a problem-solving mindset, a proactive approach, and a passion for technology who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

You will need to have strong interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with operational teams and have the ability, to educate, inform and guide on business efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and APIs. Ability to provide IT L1/L2 Support
• Scripting & Automation: Basic knowledge of scripting languages to automate tasks and improve workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Data Management: Understanding of data collection, organisation, and integrity principles.
• Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of data security principles and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Education: A degree, diploma, or certification in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic Development Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and APIs (academic or personal projects welcome).
• Automation & Scripting Exposure: Some experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., through coursework, internships, or self-learning).
• Technical Support Skills: Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues, even at a foundational level.
• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to develop technical skills and grow within a supportive team.
