About the Job
As the Collections Team Leader, you’ll be leading a team of credit controllers to ensure overdue accounts are managed effectively and promptly. You’ll encourage a collaborative, supportive, results-driven environment, one focussed on improving cash flow and enhancing quality communication with key stakeholders, all while driving your team’s performance. Your specific responsibilities will include:
