Our client is a market-leading, national organisation, recognised for their dependability. Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining healthy cash flow while working closely with both customers and internal departments.

About the Role
We’re searching for a detail-oriented Credit Controller who can manage accounts with a firm yet customer-focused approach. This role involves overseeing a key ledger, ensuring accounts are well maintained, and payments are collected in a timely manner. Working with a collaborative credit team and collaborating cross-departmentally.

Key Responsibilities
• Take full charge of managing the debtors ledger.
• Ensure timely collection of payments while building strong, positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee daily banking, payment allocations, and account reconciliations to keep everything running smoothly.
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external partners, resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Set up new accounts and conduct credit checks, contributing to the growth of the business.

What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of 3+ years in end-to-end credit control.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
