A well-established industry leader with a strong presence in the Australian market, our client is known for delivering high-quality products and services. They are currently seeking an experienced Credit/Collections Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Credit/Collections professional to manage outstanding accounts and ensure timely payments. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a portfolio of accounts to reduce outstanding debt
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to address credit-related issues
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in D365
• Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring collections targets are met
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience in credit/collections roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) – essential
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Immediate availability to start
