The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller with previous experience to work within a close-knit team.
• Banking & allocations including credit card payment, EFT and cash banking
• Collection of overdue payments and reducing the DSO
• Customer service and investigating discrepancies promptly
• Regular risk reviews
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Reporting on numbers and disputes throughout the month
• Dealing with Mercantile agents where required
• Assisting with month end procedures and month end reporting including journal entries
The Candidate
• Ability to reduce DSO’s and manage your own ledger
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Solid communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Be able to work onsite 5 days per week
