Are you an experienced customer service professional with expertise in order management, logistics, and supply chain coordination? A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Service Representative (Temporary) to join a dynamic team for up to six months.
About the Role
This role focuses on end-to-end order processing, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will support supply chain and sales operations, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from entry to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and track shipments, liaising with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve order and delivery issues by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure order accuracy and documentation, including export requirements if applicable.
- Follow up on stock levels and collaborate with planning teams to avoid delays.
- Process sales administration tasks, including invoicing, credit notes, and reporting.
- Liaise with procurement and supply chain teams on product availability and lead times.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- SAP experience (preferred) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full working rights in Australia and immediate availability.
