As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team of six Customer Service Representatives. Your focus will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while driving team performance and maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about motivating and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of six Customer Service Representatives to achieve individual and team KPIs
• Monitor and manage daily team operations to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
• Analyse team performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes
• Drive a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development

About You:
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively
