ABOUT THE ROLE
An Export Operations role, managing shipments from order to uplift. Handling a portfolio of accounts, this role brings a strong customer focus. Working in a friendly and supportive team, the position has a mixture of both air and sea.

DUTIES
• Ensure all orders are handled from the order through to delivery at the destination port
• Work with internal and external suppliers to build strong relationships
• Full Customer Service provision for all orders 
• Ensure full costing and invoicing are accurate for each file 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3 plus years experience in Export Operations (Air & Sea)
• Previous exposure in a hands-on export role in freight forwarding
• Exposure to working closely with key clients 
• Must have experiencing working with Cargowise1
