About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding people strategies during this transformative phase. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a progressive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture while balancing work with your other commitments.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll split responsibilities with your job-share partner to ensure seamless delivery of HR initiatives across the organisation. Together, you’ll:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment agreements, and compliance.
- Address workplace issues, including grievances and investigations.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
- Partner with leaders to drive performance reviews and employee engagement projects.
- Deliver HR data and insights to inform smarter decision-making.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and frameworks.
