An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Customer Service Officer to join a well-established, global brand known for its innovation and excellence within the consumer goods sector. Working from modern, newly built offices in Clayton, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound inquiries and delivering a seamless customer experience. This is a 6-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension or longer-term opportunities for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Assist with general product queries, troubleshooting and warranty enquiries
• Accurately log customer information and interactions into the system
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Deliver exceptional service in line with brand standards

About You:
• Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (preferred but not essential)
• Clear, professional phone manner with strong communication skills
• Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems
• A team player with a proactive and positive approach
• Available to commit to a full 6-month temporary contract
