ABOUT THE ROLE
As we strive to provide the best service to our loyal and committed clients, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join a progressive and dynamic team. This role involves managing a book of clients and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth import process, aligning with our mission of delivering exceptional service.

DUTIES
• Coordinate and monitor order management from origin to shipped on-board
• First point of contact for escalation items
• Ensure SOP are implemented and followed by internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work with CW1 in a paperless environment
• Assist with final leg delivery and invoicing operations

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years in an Import Seafreight, Customer Service or a Key Account position within freight forwarding
• Previous experience with CW1 software is imperative
• Experience in order management & schedule maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to handle import operations from order to delivery
• Previous experience working with customers, building relationships
