We are currently partnering with a manufacturing company that is a global leader in their industry. Our client has a rich history of innovation and excellence. You do not need to have any previous experience, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Junior Customer Service Officer on a temporary basis for 6 months. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via answering inbound phone calls (averaging between 40-50 calls daily)
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the company's product range
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• You are quick with a keyboard and accurate
• An empathetic and enthusiastic individual
