The Role
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, this role coordinates parts and service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, order processing (purchase orders), and invoicing. It requires strong administrative skills to manage invoicing, warranty claims, and resource allocation (small team of 4) while maintaining service quality and compliance.
A full pre-employment medical will be required and a national police check will be required, so please be mindful of these when applying.
Key Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role (service or sales).
• Experienced in order processing, scheduling, invoicing and warranty claims.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Highly organised with an ability to multi-task.
• Self-starter, reliable, friendly and a positive attitude.

8am to 4pm
