Our client we are currently working with is a globally renowned company and a market leader in their industry. They are looking for someone to join their head office team based in Bentleigh in a stand alone Payroll Officer position. 

The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP, will be working 5 days per week on site. Parking provided. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the payroll of 300+ employees across Australia and Singapore
• Interpreting numerous Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
• Calculating payroll adjustments
• Processing new starters, terminations, and redundancies
• Support finance with any payroll-related inquiries
• Managing the outsourced payroll provider, and providing them with the relevant payroll data and files
• Provide assistance with month-end reporting
• Processing year-end reporting to the ATO, Workcover Authority, Payroll Tax, and Auditors

• Previous experience working in a similar Payroll role
