Role Title: Production Manager
Working arrangement: On-site position, working across standard business hours
Reporting to: COO

• Setup of manufacturing equipment and supervision of the manufacturing process
• Operation and cleaning of manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with compliance requirements
• Manage production schedules and ensure that targets are met
• Developing and maintaining SOP and WI documents
• Maintaining and recording of batch documents and other technical reports
• Training, supervising and mentoring manufacturing operators

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar leadership role within pharmaceutical manufacturing – Sterile and non-sterile
• Strong working experience in a GMP regulated environment – Proven experience working in environments that are accredited by the regulatory bodies (TGA, FDA)
• Experience with technology transfer – New products into the manufacturing stage
• Ability to work under significant pressure | Well-versed with thriving within a busy manufacturing environment
• Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Permanent resident visa or Australian citizenship
