Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients

• Support agents with compliance, training, and business development strategies
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities

About You:
• Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or sales

• Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams
• Knowledge of the real estate or insurance industry is advantageous, but not a must
