This is an entry-level role, and no prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic! As a Sales Administration Officer, you will be a key part of our internal sales and customer service team, assisting with order processing, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, and product details
• Resolve order-related issues, including pricing and delivery queries
• Support local customers picking up products in person
• Maintain sales reports and assist with administrative tasks
