Are you an experienced Sales Administrator available for a full time temporary role with a reputable manufacturer? We are partnering with a well-known organisation to find a Sales Administration Officer for their Clayton office. This is a full time position, working 5 days per week (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), and offers an immediate start for 3 months!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders with precision.
- Maintain and update administrative documents for the sales team.
- Manage the sales inbox, respond to queries, and update spreadsheets.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage manual processing tasks.
- Use multiple systems to support the team effectively.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting sales teams is essential.
- Familiarity with manual processing and working across multiple systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy are key to success in this role.
- Experience supporting finance teams or with accounting software is highly regarded.
