ABOUT THE ROLE
The newly created Shipping Coordinator position reports to the Export Manager and handles predominantly export and cross-trade operations. Processing all aspects of export and import operations, including dealing with shipping lines, vendors, DAWRs, warehouses and transport partners. This entry-level position will suit a graduate with a Bachelor of Business (Logistics/International Trade/Freight)

DUTIES
• Process all orders from documentation, inspection, BOL, invoice to export uplift
• Maintain all order tracking, costing & invoicing globally
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet strict deadlines
• Support the Export Manager as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor of Business, minoring in Logistics/International Trade/Freight
• Experience working with computer systems including Excel
• Exposure to working in fresh food/produce or Customer roles preferred
• Ability to be flexible and agile to work with a variety of stakeholders
