Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We are partnering with a highly regarded organization in the aged care sector to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end recruitment strategies that support the mission of delivering exceptional care.
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to onboarding new hires. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to implement best-practice recruitment strategies, position the organization as an employer of choice, and meet evolving workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with the People & Culture team.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and contract generation.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market insights.
- Source candidates through online platforms, social media, referral programs, and other methods.
- Maintain recruitment records, including compliance checks and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with external agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks to expand the talent pool.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarking.
About You:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing staffing needs and organizational priorities.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of UKG or similar HRMIS/recruitment software.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.
