About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level positions, with a strong focus on engineering and technical roles. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you will provide expert guidance, develop strategic sourcing plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job briefing to onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and selection criteria.
• Utilise HRIS (preferably ELMO) and ATS to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS for applicant tracking and reporting.
